OLM files are not supported on Outlook Windows. Outlook Windows tends to favor only files in PST format. As you had liked to read these files on the other side, you can go for Vartika OLM to PST conversion. Now, this is not possible with the ways that are claimed as free. The manual process is better avoided. The drag and drop for every mail make it quite tricky to convert the mails this way. Paid tools can help you a lot. I have used OLM to PST converter Ultimate by Vartika. Saved my time as it converts mails directly from Outlook database
