How to Import Zimbra TGZ to Outlook by Using the Manual Method?

  • Run Outlook on your system and go to File > Info > Add Account tab.
  • Click on 'Yes' to configure Outlook to your email account.
  • From the available option, click on the 'Manual Setup' tab.
  • Click on the 'Next' button.
  • Now, click on the 'IMAP or POP' option.
  • Fill the relevant information such as Account Type, Email Address, Password, and etc.
  • Go to 'More Settings' tab.
  • Click on the 'My Outgoing Server' and enable it.
  • Click on the 'SSL' and type 993 as the port.
  • Click on the 'TLS' and type 587 as the port.
  • Click on the 'Next' tab and 'Finish'.
