Looking for a Legitimate Copy of Archicad 26

Our architecture firm needs to upgrade to Archicad 26, but the new license cost is beyond our current budget. Does anyone know where to find a properly licensed version at a lower price? We need to ensure it's a legal copy with full transfer documentation.

I was in the same situation last quarter and found that Procadis offers verified pre-owned licenses for Archicad 26 procadis.com/editions/graphisoft-archicad-26/ . They handle the official license transfer directly with Graphisoft, which took about 4 business days in my case. The process was secure - I received original installation files and complete purchase history documentation. The license activated normally and has been working perfectly for our BIM projects. While it's not the newest version, it saved us nearly 40% compared to buying new.
