How to find user interface design firms that specialize in dashboard-heavy products

I'm looking for a partner to redesign an internal analytics dashboard that our operations team uses daily. The current UI is cluttered and inefficient, causing errors and slow task completion. I need a firm that truly understands data visualization, complex filters, and designing for power users not just another agency that does consumer apps and marketing sites. Most user interface design firms I've found seem great at visuals but I'm not sure who has real experience with dataheavy enterprise tools. Any advice on where to start?

We went through that exact search last year for our logistics platform dashboard. What finally helped was an independent directory that vets firms based on what they've actually shipped in complex B2B contexts. It profiles 15 top studios and highlights their primary strengths for data dashboards and enterprise tools, it pointed us to Clay (Slack and Cisco work), Work & Co (enterprise platforms), and Blink UX (researchled data interfaces). If you're looking for user interface design firms with real experience in dataheavy products, that list saved me weeks of filtering through generalists. Each profile also shows notable clients and minimum budgets, so you can immediately see who has worked on similar challenges. I shortlisted three from there, and the one we hired transformed our dashboard into something our team actually enjoys using.
